Bookings: when booking your appointment, please double check clinic location. Samarra works from multiple clinic locations and it is your responsibility to ensure you advise which clinic you wish to be seen at for your treatment.

Consultations: every new client will require a consultation before treatment can commence. This is to ensure you are physically, mentally and medically suitable for treatment. The consultation fee is £100, will be payable at time of booking to secure your appointment, and will be deducted from your total treatment fee should you proceed. The consultation fee is non-refundable should you not be suitable, or decide not to go ahead with treatment.

Deposits: we require a £50 deposit to confirm all treatment appointments. You can make this payment via bank transfer once Samarra has booked your appointment and you receive bank details. If deposit is not received 48 hours prior to your appointment time, your appointment will not be held. This is to ensure someone else can have your appointment slot if you cannot make it. Your £50 deposit will come off your treatment total, or you can transfer it to your 4 week refill appointment.

Cancellations: we understand that plans can change and if you need to cancel your appointment, your £50 will be refunded. We require 48hours notice of a cancelled appointment. This is to allow us enough time to offer your appointment to someone else. Any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment time will mean losing your deposit.

Reschedule: if you need to reschedule your appointment to another date, we will transfer your £50 deposit to your new appointment. We require 48 hours for rescheduled appointments to allow us enough time to offer your original appointment to someone else. Any request to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time will mean losing your original deposit and paying an additional £50 deposit for your new appointment.

Treatment: it is imperative that you follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions given by Samarra for best treatment results. No treatments will be carried out prior to a fully informed consultation with Samarra. A 4 week refill appointment is recommended after your initial treatment. Yearly colour boost appointments are advised to ensure your enhancement stays looking fresh, this is at your discretion.
